The complete terms are provided below.

Complete Return & Refund Terms

1. Thirty-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is recorded as delivered by the carrier.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may be denied unless the item is covered by applicable consumer-protection laws or another written warranty.

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee that the return will be approved.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under Archive’s standard 30-day policy, the item must:

  • Be unworn other than a reasonable indoor try-on

  • Be unwashed, unused, and unaltered

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned with its original packaging, when provided

  • Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, lint, or other signs of wear

  • Include a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase

  • Match the item identified in the approved return request

Items damaged after delivery because of improper use, improper care, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, email support@archive.ltd.

Your message should include:

  • Your order number

  • The item or items you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Your proof of purchase

  • Photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, the correct return address, and information about the return shipping label.

Do not send a return to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Items sent without prior approval, sent to the wrong address, or returned using instructions from another order may not be accepted.

Unless applicable law gives you a longer period, approved returns must be handed to the carrier within 7 calendar days after the return instructions are issued. Return approval may expire if the item is not shipped within this period.

Keep your return tracking number and shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If Archive approves a return because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Archive will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another appropriate return method at no cost to you.

Sizing, Fit, Style, or Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit preference

  • Style or color preference

  • Accidental purchase

  • Change of mind

  • Any other reason unrelated to an Archive error or product defect

Archive may provide a prepaid return label for convenience. When we do, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund. The amount will be disclosed before you accept the label.

Archive does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Unless required by law, Archive is not responsible for customer-arranged return shipments that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item securely.

5. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable unless:

  • Archive sent the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The entire order was not delivered

  • Archive agrees otherwise in writing

  • A refund of shipping charges is required by applicable law

Additional charges for expedited, priority, or premium shipping are generally nonrefundable.

When a prepaid return label is deducted from your refund, the deduction will be separate from the original shipping charge.

6. Return Inspection

All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.

A return may be denied if the item:

  • Has been worn beyond a reasonable try-on

  • Has been washed, altered, repaired, or modified

  • Has stains, marks, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of use

  • Is missing its original tags

  • Was damaged after delivery

  • Does not match the approved return request

  • Was returned outside the applicable return period

  • Is otherwise ineligible under this policy

If a return is denied, we will notify you and explain the reason. You may be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.

Where applicable law does not allow Archive to deny the return entirely, Archive may reduce the refund to reflect damage or loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, contact support@archive.ltd as soon as possible. Reporting the issue within seven days of delivery helps us investigate carrier and fulfillment issues, but this requested reporting period does not shorten any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Include your order number and clear photos or video showing:

  • The item received

  • The damaged or defective area

  • The product label or tag

  • The shipping package, when relevant

After reviewing the issue, Archive may provide a replacement, refund, repair, or another appropriate remedy. Availability may affect whether a replacement can be offered.

Do not discard a damaged item or its packaging until Archive confirms that it is no longer needed.

8. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under Archive’s standard return policy:

  • Items clearly marked Final Sale on the product page or at checkout

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items altered or customized at the customer’s request

  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products

  • Underwear or similar intimate products that have been opened or tried on

  • Swimwear with a removed or damaged hygiene liner

  • Items that do not meet the return-condition requirements in this policy

A discounted or promotional item is returnable unless it was clearly marked Final Sale when purchased.

Final Sale and other exclusions do not apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a return or other remedy is required by law.

9. Exchanges

Archive does not currently process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different size, color, or style:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Place a separate order for the replacement item.

A replacement item is not reserved while your return is being processed. Prices, promotions, and availability may change before you place the new order.

If you need to change a size, color, or style before your order enters fulfillment, email support@archive.ltd immediately. We will try to accommodate the request, but changes are not guaranteed.

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

To request a cancellation or order change, email support@archive.ltd immediately and include your order number.

Orders may only be canceled or changed before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, assigned a shipping label, or transferred to the carrier, Archive may be unable to cancel or modify it.

The creation of a shipping label may indicate that fulfillment has already begun, but we will review each timely request when possible.

If we cannot cancel the order, you may request a return after it is delivered, subject to this policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be canceled.

11. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact support@archive.ltd immediately if you notice an address error. Archive cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If an order is returned to Archive because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, we may:

  • Refund the eligible merchandise after receiving and inspecting it, less nonrefundable shipping and carrier fees; or

  • Ask the customer to pay the cost of shipping the order again

Archive is not responsible for additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact support@archive.ltd.

We will review the tracking information and assist with available carrier procedures. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to:

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or a mailroom

  • Contact the local carrier office

  • Submit a missing-mail search

  • Complete a carrier claim or written non-receipt statement

  • Provide photographs of damaged packaging or contents

Do not discard damaged packaging while a carrier investigation is pending.

Packages marked as delivered will be reviewed individually. A replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed for a package that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

Archive is generally not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery to the address supplied at checkout. This does not limit any responsibility Archive may have for goods lost or damaged before delivery under applicable law.

Archive is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, customs processing, emergencies, or circumstances outside Archive’s reasonable control. We will nevertheless provide reasonable assistance in locating the shipment.

13. Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

The refunded amount may exclude:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Customer-paid return shipping

  • The disclosed cost of an Archive-provided return label

  • Items that were not approved or included in the return

  • Reductions permitted by law for damage or loss in value

Refunds cannot normally be issued to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

After Archive issues the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post it to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since Archive confirmed that your refund was approved, contact support@archive.ltd.

14. European Union Right of Withdrawal

This section applies when European Union consumer law applies to your purchase. It provides rights in addition to Archive’s standard return policy.

You may notify Archive that you are withdrawing from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins after delivery of the last item.

Send a clear withdrawal notice to support@archive.ltd before the 14-day period expires. You may use the optional form below, but it is not required.

After notifying Archive, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after giving notice of withdrawal.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless Archive agrees to pay it or applicable law requires otherwise. Archive is responsible for eligible return costs when goods are defective or incorrect.

When the right of withdrawal applies, Archive will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order. Additional costs resulting from expedited or premium delivery are not refundable.

The reimbursement will be issued without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. Archive may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain legally excluded products, including clearly personalized products and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after the seal has been broken.

A Final Sale designation does not override a mandatory EU right of withdrawal when that right otherwise applies. Archive’s commercial return policy also does not limit mandatory legal rights or remedies relating to faulty or nonconforming goods. (European Union)

15. Optional EU Withdrawal Notice
