Complete Shipping & Delivery Terms
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has passed any required verification.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Processing includes payment verification, inventory confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and preparing the order for carrier pickup.
Orders placed during product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time. Any different processing period stated on a product page, preorder notice, or at checkout will apply to that order.
Archive may contact you if additional information is needed to verify your payment, billing information, shipping address, or identity. Failure to respond may delay or result in cancellation of the order.
2. Shipping Destinations
Archive ships only to destinations available during checkout.
Shipping availability may depend on:
-
The destination country or region
-
Carrier service availability
-
Product restrictions
-
Customs requirements
-
Applicable trade or shipping restrictions
-
The size, weight, or value of the order
Availability for P.O. boxes and APO, FPO, or DPO addresses depends on the selected carrier and service. Checkout will display the options currently available for the address entered.
Archive may temporarily stop shipping to a destination because of carrier interruptions, legal restrictions, safety concerns, customs issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may depend on:
-
Delivery destination
-
Selected service level
-
Package weight and dimensions
-
Order value
-
Carrier availability
-
Promotional shipping offers
The shipping method selected at checkout does not include Archive’s order-processing time unless expressly stated otherwise.
Free-shipping offers, when available, are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion. Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees unless expressly stated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Most U.S. orders arrive approximately one week after fulfillment.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, service level, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier—not when the order is placed or when a shipping label is created.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless a service is specifically identified as guaranteed. Weather, customs inspections, peak-season volume, transportation interruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Archive will still honor any specific shipment commitment displayed on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation, subject to applicable law.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, Archive will send a shipping-confirmation email to the email address used at checkout.
The confirmation will normally include:
-
Your tracking number
-
The carrier’s name
-
A link or instructions for tracking the shipment
-
Available shipment or delivery information
Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. A label-creation notice means that the shipment has been prepared, but it does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically accepted the package.
Please review your tracking information regularly after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Multiple Warehouses and Split Shipments
Archive may fulfill orders from different warehouses based on inventory availability and the customer’s location.
Items from the same order may be shipped separately. When this happens:
-
You may receive more than one package
-
Each package may have a separate tracking number
-
Packages may arrive on different days
-
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because Archive split the order
A partial shipment does not mean the remaining items have been canceled unless Archive notifies you otherwise.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Before submitting your order, carefully review:
-
Recipient name
-
Street address
-
Apartment, suite, or unit number
-
City
-
State or province
-
Postal or ZIP code
-
Country
-
Telephone number, when required for delivery
If you notice an address error, email support@archive.ltd immediately and include your order number and the correct address.
Archive will try to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed, assigned a shipping label, or transferred to the carrier, Archive may be unable to change or redirect it.
Archive is not responsible for additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Preorders, Backorders, and Made-to-Order Items
Preorder, backorder, and made-to-order products may have longer processing periods.
The estimated shipping date shown on the applicable product page, preorder notice, or order confirmation will apply instead of Archive’s standard 3–5-business-day processing period.
When an order contains both immediately available and preorder items, Archive may:
-
Hold the order until all items are available; or
-
Ship available products separately
The applicable arrangement may be disclosed on the product page or during checkout.
Estimated preorder dates may change because of production, transportation, customs, or supplier delays. If a material delay occurs, Archive will notify affected customers and provide the options required under applicable law.
9. Unexpected Shipping Delays
If Archive learns that an order cannot be shipped within the time originally promised, we will notify you using the contact information associated with your order.
The notice may include:
-
A revised estimated shipment date
-
An explanation that a revised date is not yet available
-
The option to continue waiting
-
The option to cancel the affected order for a full refund
When required, Archive will obtain your agreement before extending the shipment period. If Archive cannot fulfill the order and cannot reasonably offer a revised shipment date, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Carrier transit delays that occur after shipment will be handled under the delayed- and missing-package provisions below.
10. International Orders
International delivery times vary significantly by destination.
International orders may be subject to:
-
Customs inspections
-
Import duties
-
Value-added tax or similar taxes
-
Brokerage or handling fees
-
Carrier disbursement fees
-
Local postal charges
-
Other government or destination-country fees
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.
Archive does not control the amount of these charges and cannot guarantee whether a destination country will assess them. Contact the appropriate customs authority before purchasing if you need an estimate.
Customers are responsible for providing any identification, tax number, customs information, or documentation lawfully required for import clearance.
Archive will not intentionally declare an order as a gift, reduce its value, or provide inaccurate customs information.
Customs processing may delay an international shipment. Such delays are outside Archive’s direct control, but we will provide reasonable assistance when possible.
11. Refused International Deliveries
Refusing a delivery or declining to pay applicable import charges does not automatically cancel the order.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs charges were not paid, Archive may refund the eligible merchandise value only after the package has been returned and inspected.
Where permitted by law, the refund may be reduced by:
-
Original shipping charges
-
Return-to-sender charges
-
Customs penalties or fees charged to Archive
-
Carrier handling charges
-
Other nonrecoverable expenses resulting from the refusal
Archive cannot issue a refund for a refused shipment that is abandoned, destroyed, seized, or never returned to Archive, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Delayed Packages
Delivery estimates can change after a package enters the carrier’s network.
If your package appears delayed:
-
Review the latest tracking information.
-
Confirm that the shipping address is correct.
-
Check for carrier notices or attempted-delivery instructions.
-
Allow time for delayed tracking scans to update.
-
Contact support@archive.ltd if the package has no meaningful movement or is substantially beyond its estimated delivery period.
Archive will review the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or begin a missing-package inquiry.
A delay alone does not necessarily mean the package is lost.
13. Lost Packages
Contact support@archive.ltd if tracking indicates that your package may be lost.
Include:
-
Your order number
-
Your tracking number
-
Your complete shipping address
-
A description of the delivery issue
-
Any correspondence or notices received from the carrier
Archive may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation or provide documentation reasonably required to process a claim.
Depending on the circumstances and available inventory, the outcome may include:
-
Continued carrier investigation
-
Replacement shipment
-
Store credit, with your agreement
-
Refund to the original payment method
-
Another remedy required by applicable law
A replacement or refund may not be issued while an active carrier investigation is still reasonably capable of locating the shipment.
14. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
A carrier’s delivery scan does not always mean the package will be immediately visible or accessible.
Before contacting Archive, please:
-
Check around the delivery location
-
Check all entrances and secure delivery areas
-
Ask household members
-
Ask neighbors when appropriate
-
Contact building management, reception, or the mailroom
-
Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice
-
Contact the local carrier office when possible
If the package still cannot be located, contact support@archive.ltd as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan.
This requested reporting period helps Archive and the carrier investigate the shipment. It does not reduce any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Reports involving packages marked delivered are reviewed individually. Archive may require confirmation of the delivery address, a signed non-receipt statement, carrier documentation, or other reasonable information.
Archive does not automatically deny or approve a claim based only on a delivery scan.
15. Damaged Shipments
If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, contact support@archive.ltd as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include clear photographs or video showing:
-
The outside of the shipping package
-
The shipping label
-
Any damage to the package
-
The damaged merchandise
-
All packaging materials
-
The product label or tag
Keep the merchandise, shipping box, mailer, and packaging materials until Archive confirms that they are no longer needed. The carrier may require these materials when reviewing a damage claim.
Do not return a damaged item without first receiving instructions from Archive.
Approved damaged-shipment claims will be handled under Archive’s Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
16. Incorrect or Missing Items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your package contains the wrong item, wrong size, incorrect quantity, or is missing an item that was listed as shipped, contact support@archive.ltd.
Include:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the issue
-
Photographs of the products received
-
A photograph of the packing slip, when included
-
A photograph of the shipping package and label
Archive will review fulfillment records and provide an appropriate resolution.
17. Undeliverable and Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to Archive because of:
-
An incorrect or incomplete address
-
Failed delivery attempts
-
Failure to collect the package
-
Refusal of delivery
-
An inaccessible delivery location
-
Unpaid customs charges
-
Carrier restrictions
After the package is returned and inspected, Archive may offer:
-
Reshipment after payment of any additional shipping charges; or
-
A refund of the eligible merchandise value
Where permitted by law, original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, customs charges, and other nonrecoverable carrier expenses may be deducted from the refund.
Archive will contact you using the information associated with the order. If you do not respond within a reasonable period, Archive may refund the eligible amount to the original payment method.
18. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, email support@archive.ltd immediately and include your order number.
Orders may be changed or canceled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed, packed, assigned a shipping label, or transferred to the carrier, Archive may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
If Archive cannot cancel the order, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
19. Events Outside Archive’s Reasonable Control
Archive is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Delivery may also be affected by circumstances outside Archive’s reasonable control, including:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Carrier service interruptions
-
Transportation failures
-
Labor disruptions
-
Customs inspections
-
Government actions
-
Public emergencies
-
International conflicts
-
Local delivery restrictions
-
Network or technology outages
Archive will provide reasonable assistance and communicate material information available to us. This section does not limit any responsibility or consumer remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
